Freeing SELF:

If we can release the ego and really cast away our "selves", we may find the great life force of the universe that lives in all things.

It is in this way that the mind becomes truly free.

We are not hindered by anything and as we live in the world we are always in harmony with the Truth, and our actions give life to ourselves and all beings we come into contact with.

Inner Balance :

As we try to live in the world we are constantly overextending ourselves and depleting are energy sources..

Spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically..

But trying to put everything back in place with external adjustments and by reacting to the demands of the world ultimately is frustrating and draining...

The re-balancing has to be done internally..

Crystallization :

A deeper clarity, a defining moment, a solidifying awareness..

Often we have great ideas and understandings in a general sense but every now and then there is a moment where internal practice and external opportunity combine to create a profound realization..

Divine Presence:

The Divine Presence is both male and female and neither at the same time..

As soon as we give things fixed image we are limiting ourselves from deeper understanding and the ability to see beyond the "vehicle" and the moment..

And as we all know, the Divine work always starts within.

No Limitations:

the purest practice is one of No Doctrine.

Liberation has no use for limitations

Energetic Freedom :

If you insistently construct your own energy net by holding fast to your emotions, desires and attachments you become a prisoner of your own creation...

But if you can transcend your own self stifling mind then you can avoid being trapped in its net and enjoy the freedom of action and just being..
