Inner Balance:

As we try to live in the world we are constantly overextending ourselves and depleting our energy sources..

Spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically..

But trying to put everything back in place with external adjustments and by reacting to the demands of the world ultimately is frustrating and draining...

The rebalancing has to be done internally..

The teaching of self transformation is the summit of summits.

When the heart is pure and the offering genuine then whoever receives the teaching believes unlimited achievement is possible.

There is no higher service than to free and empower another being to believe in themselves..

It is truly a gift to enjoy both the ease and the intensity.

Both aspects make us expand and transform.

Just pleasure would be boring, just pain negates potential wonder.

ALL things are to be embraced as There is NO avoidance.

Stop waiting for another chance...

Stop waiting for things to be just right..

That concept is a trap and a set-up.

Hopefully it wont be too late before we all figure that out..

The truth is humans leak energy [Chi ]  in many ways..

Verbally, emotionally, energetically, and sexually.

There is a lack of containment, self discipline and self-cultivation.
