The flip side of the coin from flexibility and forgiveness is anger and righteousness, both of which keeps us stuck in the unconscious muck of separation and lack of love. Boundaries give us power, not like 'over' anyone, just power to expand and love and be free from the flip side of that coin! <3 This is something I'm experiencing first hand right now.
