Awareness :

Observing patterns, absorbing realizations , processing feelings and then……returning to the present…

Coming back to clarity and acceptance of what is true…

Admitting transgressions, imperfections and feelings of doubt and then “settling”, once again…

and when in that “settled” state of complete truth, resetting one’s intentions to adapt accordingly.

This the way of continuous refinement and transformation…

We often search for elements to “fix” something that is externally un-fixable...

Only self-love, higher purpose and acts of grace and kindness bring internal joy and balance…

True Reality  / Deeper Realizations...

Relaxing ...and...." Settling"..

There comes a time [ or moment] when one just "sinks" into the True Reality of Divine Acceptance...

ALL things are as they are...internally, as well as, externally...and there is only one constant.....Energy and Change...

Internally, [within the Inner Universe] the only constants are Chi, mind set and attitude , which when regularly cultivated and fine tuned, creates balance, alignment and integrity...

And in turn, that externally affects how the Outer Universe appears and how we respond to it and interact with it..

As all things are illusory and actually temporary, the only thing that dictates what we think we see externally, is what we cultivate internally.........

Just truth........

Steadfastness...

Through continuing internal cultivation requiring examination, absorption and then re-calibration one realizes that there will always be challenges, epiphanies, and re-orientation within one's self...

But the KEY is to stay engaged.......No Matter What.....

and if one maintains this focus..even , grounded, steadfastness develops...

And steadfastness has many benefits, internally, as well as, externally......

As a matter of fact, it is one of the most powerful examples of genuine intent and conviction to others who are viewing your journey...

and THAT element is extremely affecting , as it demonstrates one's integrity and true core without saying a word..and is a crystal clear illustration of intent and the personal discipline one has invested ...

Those are very powerful skills to develop personally but...

They are even more inspiring to beings looking to see truth and believability in the world........

and it fosters TRUST...............and willingness to engage.......

THAT is huge....

Stay consistent and even and watch the world return to balance....

Blessings to the Masters and Angels who continually bring me back to the fundamental roots of character excellence...........

Personal Brilliance and Living Grace...

True Alignment of Self :

When a being comes to true honest clarity about who they are, who they affect and what they are showing to the world...

There is one thing ...one essential element...one crucial factor that emerges time and time again..........

INTEGRITY of self...

NOT for the benefit of others...NOT for their approval...NOT to "look good" externally..

But for the authentic internal alignment of self...That DEEP down feeling of correctness and peace of mind...

Confident yet calm......at peace with one's decisions and behaviors...Grounded in loving awareness...

THIS is the natural state of a healthy realized being...

As one continues to go deep.....and fearlessly examine what it is that makes their soul and spirit soar..it is clear that the states of mind and spirit that are at their highest frequency are based in virtuous action, caring attention, and acts of kindness..

And for me, every time i think about what feeds me....heals others...and cultivates the respect from others that i strive to cultivate internally for myself......it ALWAYS returns to Integrity...

 and it has this one very powerful aspect that heals other beings who are tentative in their ability to believe in others.......

It Creates TRUST........

"Integrity is a Wholeness of Self".......it is not based on external conditions...or people...

IT IS THE ORIGINAL CORRECTNESS...........

No Matter What....

and when we live like that we affect all we come into contact with...

and return to the "Original Brilliance " we came in with......

Aligned with the higher self, we all are Radiant and Inspirational...

Thank you to the Angels who remind me that consistency and integrity ARE the "medicine" for the "disease" of lack of trust..

Examples of Transformation:

As one cultivates their internal energy and also develops their spiritual powers , the more one refines their skills, the more they realize the need to share that knowledge with all beings...

Whether through spiritual teaching, emotional cleansing or guiding beings in energy and mind training, the whole point is to share the knowledge and methods of transformation..

But one crucial element is the aspect of human commonality and identification..

It is one thing to come from a place of personal transformation but the really inspiring and motivating factor is common experience and the identification with similar struggles and challenges...

There is nothing more powerful than the witnessing of another beings transformation while overcoming similar challenges that you have gone through...

It is the "seed " of hope and the root of willingness to engage in your own transformation..........

and hopefully it inspires beings to invest in a spiritual practice that improves the quality of their lives..

But again...the most potent illustration of that possibility is to see the example of character excellence and personal brilliance .....

And observing someone being kind and gracious is always powerful "medicine"......
