Divine Contrast :

So many beings complain about other being's political views, their personal choices and their actions in the world and then they themselves go out into the world and live mindlessly in self-centered self-absorption.

WRONG PRACTICE...

Divine Contrast is necessary because it not only gives us examples of what is possible...

but it also shows us what NOT to do.

Effortless Radiance:

I hear so many beings who are all talking about spirituality and realization and enlightenment and they are missing the point.

They are yearning and searching outside themselves beyond their own inner awareness and wisdom.

They are all talking about looking to this form or that style or this technique or that lineage...

It is all distraction...

They are moving away from the actual realization that is naturally within.

The problem is;  they believe or they were told that they need to achieve or attain something other than what is already theirs...

INCORRECT.

IT is the letting go of the external distractions and the yearning itself that will return us the original state of brilliance and intuition.

The thinking mind is a set up.

Even thinking about realization itself is a misdirection.

It is the Letting Go that is the solution.

Allow all the illusions and attachments to crumble and dissolve.

What is left is your true nature, your original brilliance .

Do not try !

Release...........and return to the original state.

The Inner Practice :

The physical element of practice is just 1st level training.

It is the inner work which stabilizes and guides one throughout their life and helps one to embrace and transcend the obstacles that the earthly incarnation provides.

This is not avoidance.

It is the ability to be empty when needed and fully potent when required.

It is the ability to cultivate discrimination and develop higher discernment.

It is the responsibility to use all your inner skills to assist the outer world.

This is true Kung Fu.

Set the Example...

Do not try to talk others into accepting truth.

Self development is achieved step by step. 

If you are devoted to higher things it will be felt.

Hence...

Model the behavior you seek in others.

Steadiness becomes steadfastness ...

                                         ....and it is this which produces Wisdom.

Inner Balance:

As we try to live in the world we are constantly overextending ourselves and depleting our energy sources..

Spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically..

But trying to put everything back in place with external adjustments and by reacting to the demands of the world ultimately is frustrating and draining...

The rebalancing has to be done internally..

The teaching of self transformation is the summit of summits.

When the heart is pure and the offering genuine then whoever receives the teaching believes unlimited achievement is possible.

There is no higher service than to free and empower another being to believe in themselves..

Forged Radiance :

From darkness, cuts and pressure an indestructible vehicle is formed..

Like a diamond,  what emerges is luminous and faceted..

Real Freedom...

Clinging does not change the impact of the past,

Only letting go does

Spiritual Misdirection:

Those who seek solutions outside themselves are forsaking the roots while seeking the flowers.

The Wonder:

         

When we truly realize how profound deep connection         and relationships are we will no longer hold back .

It is truly a gift to enjoy both the ease and the intensity.

Both aspects make us expand and transform.

Just pleasure would be boring, just pain negates potential wonder.

ALL things are to be embraced as There is NO avoidance.

This incarnation is once..

Stop waiting for another chance...

Stop waiting for things to be just right..

That concept is a trap and a set-up.

Hopefully it wont be too late before we all figure that out..

The past no longer exists...the future is not promised.

The Present is the Only Time..

Containment and Cultivation:

The truth is humans leak energy [Chi ]  in many ways..

Verbally, emotionally, energetically, and sexually.

There is a lack of containment, self discipline and self-cultivation.

This creates sloppiness and poor spiritual and social  hygiene.

The Gateless Gate:

          A method of self cultivation that evolved in ancient China was the  Chan method. The original versions of Chan had no traditional instruction.  It was called the "gateless gate".

          Each master drew from his personal experience those things he felt would aid him in achieving awareness and spiritual insight.

          The core of the Chan concepts is to remain free from attachments and experience things as they are, not as we wish them to be.

Neutralizing Hatred:

When we meet extreme hate with softness, deep compassion and kindness, it loses its power and has no where to land..

and so, it loses it's impact.

POOF ...…sweetness and emptiness neutralizing aggression.

The Deeper Practice:

The true warrior will find that he will have many more opportunities to use his character training than he will to use his physical training.

Do not minimize the deeper practice.

Original Qualities:

True Brilliance is not achieved overnight.

The practice is to return to your original nature, unblemished and pure.

There's no need to add anything additional

Hold true to the course.

The rewards come from clearing the carbon from the diamond.

The Hidden:

Esoteric means simply a knowledge of reality that is rejected. 

It's esoteric not because it cannot be known but because we refuse to recognize it. Therefore it remains a profound secret. ..

Inner Spiritual Man:

What we need is the development of the inner spiritual man.

An individual who treasures the inherent quality of things and rejoices in the daily blessings of life..

Honoring old age, respecting femininity and gratefully nurturing youth.

Treating nature as it is ...Precious

Skill-full Living:

Action correctly disciplined brings freedom.

Action correctly performed brings respect.

When a person has control over their actions other beings see their quality.

When a person acts wisely with compassion other beings see their care.

When a being is made pure by the Yoga of meditation, the mind sees things as they are..

When a being is made strong by the Yoga of restraint, the energy is grounded, powerful and smooth.

There is no unnecessary yearning or unrealistic expectations,

as all needs are met as they are in balance.

Discipline is understood for what it truly is :

proper cultivation, proper timing and proper usage

True Clarity :

The highest intelligence is the one of our Inner Nature.

There is no guessing, doubt or lack of clarity.

All things appear as they are ...

All things are seen and known as illusory and temporary.

So the thinking mind is disengaged and awareness and perception are one.

There is no confusion..

There is no grasping.

Absorption is deep yet effortless because there is no striving..

Understanding is Complete yet wonder and mystery are the essential elements.

If one stops trying to process everything , stillness reveals all.

This is the state the Taoists refer to as the state of "Open Calm".

The Buddhists as "resting in the true nature" of awareness.

Letting all things fall away, we view the natural.

The unadulterated...

The brilliant.

Often......Stillness is still the best move

The one and the same True Nature is possessed by all sentient beings, both ordinary and enlightened, and that this True Nature is only covered up and made imperceptible by false perception and ignorance...
