The mind is a tricky animal...
It seduces you with future fantasy, binds you with past memories, and steers you away from the awareness,
absorption, and appreciation of the present moment..
It distances you from the pureness
of the Heart, the vitality of spirit, and the higher intelligence of your body...
when one sits in stillness one can
see it clinging, projecting, and creating stories that don't even exist yet...
The Heart feels and absorbs...
the spirit activates and
mobilizes...
the mind creates and distracts...
