Resisting Spiritual Demons:

In this Universe there are demons that are present that WE all have to deal with...Loneliness, isolation, fear and suffering...

Yet, all  of these are part of a spiritual war..

and so...the solution is one of spirit and internal fortitude...

so when the Demons of Darkness and pain move to envelop you...

Do not lose faith ...But resist them, staying strong in your practice, firm in your faith, knowing that the same experiences of suffering and transformation are being accomplished by your brethren who are in this world...

Fortifying The Vehicle – [proper structure]

In this incarnation the vehicle is our body ! In order to create a tool that can be shaped, developed and improved upon throughout our growth in practice and throughout our Earthly existence in general, we need to implement the concept of “Right Structure” 

In our bodies that means correct posture, the mechanics of natural alignment, integrated movement and the natural harnessing of energy created by our connection to Heaven and Earth..all bringing us closer to our final goal on the physical plane; Removing all obstacles.

This principle of “ right structure” is also a main element  

in the development of our character traits and has a major effect on our spiritual practices and mental discipline.

As in our physical practice, we need to be conscious of our behavioral habits and the condition of our mental state. Therefore, in “ refining the clarity” of our moment to moment consciousness or “mindfulness” we must direct the mind in stillness. My master often told me that the way I think directs the way I act. ..

And so, he directed me to practice training my mind to develop positive mental habits, strengthening the inner structure by stabilizing the mind with meditation and to seek emptiness in contemplation of the whole and perceive the whole while contemplating emptiness.

Living Justly :

What does Heaven require you to do but to live justly, to love kindness and to walk humbly in the light .....

If we abide in sensitivity and care for others and go deep into our own heart of hearts....all will be perfectly clear ..

The Journey / Earthly discipline:

When I returned to the "Path of Radiant Living" after  being purged through the  Hell Realms,  I returned to one of my masters and told him of the journey...

He sat there silent and just smiled...

In essence, telling me he already knew...so I asked him emphatically :

" Master, How did u know this was going to happen? "

He said :

"In the beginning, When you were in Heaven, you were given a choice :

Heavenly Path...or Earthly Path ?

You chose Earthly Path.

Therefore ........

with Earthly Path comes Earthly Desire..

with Earthly Desire comes Earthly Pain...

with Earthly Pain comes Earthly Consequences..."

Frustrated  and upset I asked him excitedly :

" Master, Why didn't you tell me this in the beginning? "

He smiled and said....."No Earthly Consequences / No Earthly Discipline"...

Spiritual Re-birth..

before one can reside in Heaven....one must act right on Earth..

We ALL have an understanding of right living but as we are in this human form we all have struggles and experiences that challenge that purity...and even though we KNOW, in principle, HOW to live, we don't always get a chance to manifest as we believe we should...

Theory is one thing......Knowledge another....

and application , is another entirely different practice..

but daily application of THAT knowledge......

THAT is Living Wisdom...

We ALL have the capability to live in Radiance....

It starts internally...and then illuminates all we come into contact with....
