The Journey / Earthly discipline:

When I returned to the "Path of Radiant Living" after  being purged through the  Hell Realms,  I returned to one of my masters and told him of the journey...

He sat there silent and just smiled...

In essence, telling me he already knew...so I asked him emphatically :

" Master, How did u know this was going to happen? "

He said :

"In the beginning, When you were in Heaven, you were given a choice :

Heavenly Path...or Earthly Path ?

You chose Earthly Path.

Therefore ........

with Earthly Path comes Earthly Desire..

with Earthly Desire comes Earthly Pain...

with Earthly Pain comes Earthly Consequences..."

Frustrated  and upset I asked him excitedly :

" Master, Why didn't you tell me this in the beginning? "

He smiled and said....."No Earthly Consequences / No Earthly Discipline"...

Spiritual Re-birth..

before one can reside in Heaven....one must act right on Earth..

We ALL have an understanding of right living but as we are in this human form we all have struggles and experiences that challenge that purity...and even though we KNOW, in principle, HOW to live, we don't always get a chance to manifest as we believe we should...

Theory is one thing......Knowledge another....

and application , is another entirely different practice..

but daily application of THAT knowledge......

THAT is Living Wisdom...

We ALL have the capability to live in Radiance....

It starts internally...and then illuminates all we come into contact with....

Water Element " Cleansing "

Water  Element cleansing:

Within Prayer, Mantra & Meditation...

I allowed my self to release submerged emotions, as i sat in quiet acceptance.

I thought of all the simple things that so bless my life and then, all the attachments to thoughts and things that i get hung up on..

...and tears started coming down face..

and my heart opened...

and i asked to be released.............and.....WOOOSH, 

the tears began to roll...my body felt like it was just a vehicle for release...

Sometimes the "Path of Purification" is not always what we expect and we have to go DEEPER....down inside.... to purge all the junk that has been sitting there without our conscious mind realizing it...

but the soul knows....and if we give our selves permission to be the "open" vehicle that we are capable of , to sit in the challenge of uncertainty...

then.........THEN...

The heart opens and spirit is freed...and the inner soul cleanses itself..

Fear not change....be vigilant of stagnation..and emotional residue.

Inner  work / Outer impact:

as you treat your vehicle [ spirit, mind & body] right,

 THEN u start to resonate differently.

your fuel[ nutrition]...

your mechanics [ exercise]..

your thoughts [ meditation]..

all are part of the greater whole and affect all beings and things you come into contact with ...

and so... YOU, literally, affect ALL things outside yourself by the energy that comes from within yourself...

and the outer universe is impacted by the "inner universe",,

and so.........once again.....as i tell my students...

"As u resonate........so you magnetize"

Internal Cleansing / External brilliance:

the "path of purification"......

as my master used to say....

"Clean in Spirit, Mind & Body"....

your inside creates the ability for outside brilliance...and so to dedicate ones self to  to train both internally , as well as , externally was equally important...  ..

My prayer for all is "Radiant Health"....

and so...we continue to cultivate the 3 most important elements,

Fuel, Mechanics and Breath......

and of course when one adds mind training [ meditation] then the package is complete..

vital yet relaxed....energized yet calm...........

Powerful but always kind....

It is like divine intuition..then with meditation and mind training one can learn to go forth in THAT state..mindfully affecting all we come into contact with..
