True Spiritual practice :
One has to find a practice that they can internalize that serves them and  be able to apply it daily.....
Theory is one thing....Knowledge another....but application of that knowledge becomes living Wisdom ...and that enables to you adhere to the higher principles , yet,  on the Earthly plane....
there are so many teachers and so many  practices but all the really great Masters and guides ask people not to follow and rely on them but to absorb the essentials and make it their own working practice...
and if you are lucky enough to have a life that allows you to develop these skills within your daily interactions with other beings you are VERY blessed because many preach higher learning and training but cant realistically apply it in daily life..
MY particular lineage emphasized that : true power and cultivated skill is tested when you go down into the squalor..unto the masses....only then can we see how strong your meditation is !
Any one can go into a temple or ashram in solitude and without outside disturbance and cultivate.....but go down into the real world amongst the people...
and then we will see how skilled your practice is...
Unnecessary conflict serves no one and  most "obstacles" are self generated...
And so ,  when in deep suffering and despair you come to a place where you SURRENDER..
and truly surrender to the healing process and allow the Heavenly presence to guide and inspire you....no matter what !
Then you will have achieved a Heavenly practice on the Earthly plane that is infused in  your  Spirit, Mind & Body ..
You will struggle no more...

Content & Form :
As in all things, knowledge is matured by experience. What once were simple instructions, now has a far more profound meaning to me in my life. My master always used to to tell me that there were two things that made up life and were inherent in my practice...content and form. He said that content was the essential “substance“ and that  form was the structure in which to develop it.
Form gave one the proper structure to properly develop one’s energy and  consciousness .
It gave one a method to develop & examine one‘s  daily practice and taught us to “ feel “ what was naturally occurring within us ...but he emphasized that content  was the  source and actual “substance“ that was being cultivated.
The form was always maintained and refined but the content was completely transmutable.
His point being that, once you understood the underlying  root principles taught through the proper form and daily practice after a long period of time, the essence of these principles should penetrate your  consciousness and even sub-conscious. So...that once content was truly cultivated and perceived , that the form could be let go of and should be secondary to concentrating on the content and the energy being  cultivated.
In truth, form was a limitation once the content had been sufficiently cultivated and the principles thoroughly understood. He said that form was no longer the primary focus but the natural  flow & cultivation of one’s energy and consciousness was the main goal and the purest expression of understanding these principles.
Now, after many years of practice, i understand what he had been telling me all along...and just like he told me, after living my life and developing my skills  over a long period of time, THAT experience has matured my knowledge and understanding of the essential  principles that are inherent in my practice and my existence on Earth.
And so.. accordingly,   i have adapted my practice to make it “mine“ , channeling the content, using the form as a blueprint but allowing myself to freely express the energy that naturally flows from the source.
And i know my master would have wanted it just that way.

And so.....
observe....
the meditation of release & restoration:
emotional cleansing –

first.......find your quiet spot.....

then......3 gatherings of the breath....breathing in fully, deeply with your abdomen...mouth closed ..tongue to the roof of your mouth...connecting Ren & Du meridian channels..

then hands resting in lap at abdomen...in resting position, thumbs touching...connecting the inner circuit..

.....recite silently in your mind......

.as you breathe in...

fearlessness....

breathe out........doubt..

breathe in.....happiness..

breathe out...anger... [ it depletes your chi]

breathe in....forgiveness

breathe out...anxiety...[let it go...]

breathe in......LOVE...

breathe out.. hate

breathe in......confidence...

breathe out ...frustration...

and as you get into the rhythm...u notice your breath is more even..relaxed and is sinking down into your abdomen[ Dan Tien]

and think of warm rays of light filling your body with light .cleansing & healing all..

now..you will have a feeling of "settling"....warm....calm........

and ..."present" in the moment........

if you lose connection...go back to your breath focus.......

.just breathe in.....slowly........evenly.......Deeply..

continue...

breathe in......joy.

breathe out........guilt........[ it serves u not]

breathe in....power...

breathe out....discontent...[u have everything u need]

and the most powerful...

breathe in ....the fact that  U DESERVE the Best...

breathe out.....FEAR &  let go the guilt...

and when u feel the surge of energy come thru you heart..

breathe in and think.....

Limitless gratitude  [ you are so lucky to be here ]...

and with that.....you will manifest..

Limitless Potential........

re-calibrate........re-focus...

and go forth.........lifted !

True generosity :
the point...
any genuine Master would want their student to take what they have taught them and make it their own and would be happy to see them excel even beyond what they have learned from them,
developing their own practice and finding their own inner strength and confidence..
a true giving master never demands their student to rely on them...
They inspire them by excellence of character and brilliant example..
and is most happy when the student finds his own "way" and passes the teachings down to others so they too can be shining examples of human accomplishment

Intention & Spirit :
The main emphasis of "Spirit Boxing" is to go beyond the mechanics, techniques and physical aspects of training, transcending "form" and function and cultivate one's "spirit".  To look within and gather one's true essence and inner strength, directing the will, thereby activating the power of the mind and harnessing the "Chi". This is the "Tao" of "Spirit Boxing". Planting the "seeds" of enlightenment, gathering the "flowers" of vitality" and harvesting the "fruit" of discipline and spiritual dedication, this is the "Path" and the destiny of the Spirit Boxer.

Higher Intuition:
For you to be made a total freedom, the "external program" has to be thrown out of you, but that doesn't mean that you are going to become anti-social. Once you throw the need for outside validations out , once you become aware of your pure freedom inside, you CAN live with society; there is no need to be opposed....
BUT then the society cannot penetrate, injure or "enter" into you.
You can move in it, you can act in it, but then the whole thing becomes just a movie - you are acting. Now the society cannot kill you, cannot make a slave of you; you are acting knowingly.
find your inner power and true loving confidence and nothing can poison your heart or higher intuition....

Once you can throw out everything that has been repressed in you, you will become natural again, you will be a child again. And with that child many possibilities open. With most humans everything is closed. When you become again a child, then only can your energies be transformed. Then you are pure, innocent, and with that innocence and purity transformation is possible..

The essence of Spirit Boxing is the unification of Spirit, Mind, and Body, with the conscious focus of the "intention" directing all movement and concentrating on the "forging" of an indomitable will, enabling one to transcend any of the physical, mental or emotional obstacles that arise throughout ones' life and to be able to summon this strength at will and call upon the "Spirit" in times of need. Welcoming all challenges and accepting no defeats, the ability to activate the "Spirit" and successfully confront all situations is the true "Essence" of Spirit Boxing
...and this can only be cultivated through dedicated practice and with "Divine" inspiration from Heaven
